We have a core in-house team, based in Cambridge, which manages all our jobs. We also use a range of specialist freelance help, to ensure the right person for the job in every case. We work with off-shore providers too, blending the cost advantages with our project management experience.

We aim to be practical, affordable and, above all, approachable. We believe that good relationships between clients and suppliers are vital for success. We also firmly believe that the provision of high-quality services – which doesn’t necessarily mean high-cost – is vital. If we use freelance help, we will only turn to experienced and professional suppliers.

Each job, whatever the size, will have an in-house project manager providing continuity of service and communication. Importantly we work as part of the client's team. It is important to us, professionally and commercially, that you are successful. And we try to do all this with considerable approachability and a semblance of humour!
