Each job, whatever the size, will have an in-house project manager providing continuity of service and communication.
The project manager is the main point of contact with the client, their job is to manage schedules, budgets, designers, commission artwork, picture research and work closely with the editorial manager. The project manager will escalate concerns or queries relating to the project to the client, working with them to resolve any issues.
We recognise that modern publishing is a diverse and demanding arena. It is the project managers role to provide the support that publishers need and aim to find the answer to their requirements.
